Akher Ayam Socrat in a Play Reading at the BA

The Reference Services Unit is holding its monthly play reading in Arabic on Wednesday, 28 July 2010. Participants will read Akher Ayam Socrat (Socrates’ Last Days) by Mansour Rahbani.
The play revolves around the last days of Socrates, the great Greek Philosopher, when he was sent to court, accused of misleading youth and provocation against the Gods, and was poisoned to death.
The session starts at 16:00 hrs. at the BA Arts and Multimedia Library. Participants should register their names at the General Information Desk at the Library entrance.
