Taha Hussein Library Summer Activities Program 2023

The BA Taha Hussein Library for the Visually Impaired, in cooperation with Hanns Seidel Foundation (Cairo Office), is organizing the Summer Activities Program 2023, for the blind and visually impaired children and young people aged 7 – 22, from Sunday, 18 June to Monday, 4 September 2023.
The program includes several artistic, scientific and cultural workshops, in addition to creative writing workshops and awareness lectures for parents. These activities are delivered by specialized trainers, with the help of Taha Hussein Library staff.
It also aims to rehabilitate blind and visually impaired children and young people, integrate them into society, enhance their artistic skills, develop their cultural competence, and raise their awareness of physical and mental care and other aspects of daily life.
